In the Faroe Islands, all schools are accessible and free to everyone. If you have a child or children who will be attending school, you must first meet with the school office to arrange classroom assignment with the appropriate teacher. You can go to the school during business hours or call the office to make an appointment.

Kvøldskúli (Evening school) is seasonal that starts at late fall and end at late spring. Classes you can take vary from year to year but in general, you will find various classes offered here in arts, fitness, language, self-improvement, etc. As of now, foreigners can take Faroese culture and language class for free through kvøldskúli.
