In the coming days, around 1,700 citizens of Klaksvík Council will get the opportunity to answer questions regarding their well-being within the community and be given a chance to provide feedback on Council services.
This is the first time that Klaksvík Council will undergo such a comprehensive survey that will give citizens a chance to voice their thoughts.
Mayor Karl Johansen states that this is a fascinating project.
- The survey covers the services provided by the Council and the conditions of residing within the community. Therefore, the survey is extremely relevant to the City Council´s work and its management of the development of new services and the expansion of current services.
- Most citizens have desires and experiences that we hope to gain an understanding of and use in the work and management of council activities.
- We have translated the survey to English so those who find it challenging to read Faroese can also partake, states Karl Johansen, who hopes for significant survey participation.
The survey is managed by the company Lóður.
Respondents are to answer the questions within 14 days; the last day of submittal is Monday 6th, February.
